There are a few regular problems with screw machines

1. Servo motor screw-tightening torque and rotational speed are adjustable; an alarm will sound if the screw is not fully tightened.

2. The system will alert for screw or nut shortages or jams.

3. Screw feeding employs either blow-on or suction-type methods. Drum-type screening and vibratory feeding systems will trigger alarms for material shortages or jams.

4. If nuts are poorly positioned, inspect the fixture for wear or insufficient feeding time.

If the servo motor fails to rotate, check for loose or disconnected power cables and encoder box connectors. Verify the drive unit for alarms and ensure the coupling is securely fastened.

5. During normal operation, if slippage occurs during screw tightening, inspect the Phillips screwdriver tip. If the servo motor continues rotating without securing the screw, check whether excessive torque is causing the issue.

6. Operators must ensure products are placed flat within the fixture and confirm orientation before securing the main power cable.

7. If the servo drive triggers an alarm, switch off the power supply for 5-10 seconds before restarting.

II. Automatic Motor Rotor Machining Equipment

1. Rotor stack thickness may be interchangeable, but outer diameters cannot be interchanged.

2. Rough turning chamfering tools and external turning tools are consumables. If rotor smoothness is insufficient, regrind or replace the tool inserts.

3. Reaming tools are consumables requiring weekly replacement based on actual production volume data.

4. Shaft clamping dimensions are adjustable. Excessive rotor runout indicates potential causes: misaligned upper/lower dies or excessive pressure. Features include material presence detection, material shortage alarm, full-material detection, material leakage protection, foolproofing, and compatibility.

5. Both rotor-shaft riveting tightness and clamping force are configurable.

6. The light gold-coloured water tank and rollers require daily cleaning.

III. Automatic Oil-Injection Riveting Equipment

1. Vibratory feeder issues: jammed parts, reverse feeding, double feeding. Feed speed is adjustable.

2. Oil injection volume can be set via timing and cylinder pressure.

3. If oil fails to dispense, check the oil tank for low levels and inspect the injection nozzle for blockages.

4. If riveting force is insufficient, increase air pressure slightly or extend riveting duration.

5. The machine will automatically alarm for material shortages or jams; riveting will not occur if no product is present in the mould.

6. All robotic arms feature up/down and forward/backward motion sensors for detection. Cylinders incorporate origin point and motion point detection, with foolproof and leak-proof safeguards.
